This Virtual Experience is designed for those wanting continued support and community to implement new ideas and concepts that were brought to light during our in-person retreat.

During this experience, facilitated virtually via zoom, expert facilitators provide sessions inspired by the Center for Courage & Renewal and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ programs, as well as research from thought leaders in purposeful and resilient living.

During the process we will build on and continue the growth and learning that started at our in-person retreat.  We will dive deeply into topics to support one another and implement new ideas and concepts that were brought to light during our in-person retreat. We will have the opportunity to try new things, fail, be supported and pick ourselves up to succeed in increasing our capacity for leading a wholehearted life.

The sessions are interactive, fun, and insightful. We’ll work hard, be challenged, and leave feeling supported and ready to take on new challenges. Coming together as a cohort in large and small group sessions, you will have the opportunity to build a community that supports you in this difficult work of changing  your own experience as leaders, healers, and teachers.

If have additional questions about these virtual cohort sessions, please contact Roberta Cassidy at cassidy.roberta1@gmail.com or Corey Martin at Corey@BounceTravels.com

Description

GENERAL ITINERARY

This program is only available to people who have recently attended a Bounce Travels Retreat.  The monthly sessions are highly interactive and include a check in and educational session involving all participants.  After the main session, there will be smaller break outs that will be composed of the participants from each retreat so that you will continue to be able to grow and develop within the close knit group you created during your retreat.  There will also be homework assignments between each session for the people from your specific retreat to get together and work through.   The sessions will be led by Roberta Cassidy who will be paired with a rotation of the other facilitators. Times and dates of the meetings are every second Sunday of the month from 6:00PM – 7:30pm CST.

Facilitated virtually, this program provides a continuous growth experience. Totaling 12 sessions (with the options of 6 or 12 sessions), each provides a deeper dive into retreat content. Sessions are organized around a variety of themes such as:

  • Deep Listening
  • Boundaries
  • Creating Space
  • Grief
  • Self Forgiveness
  • Transitions
  • Gratitude
  • Forgiveness
  • Paradoxes

These themes are intended to:

  • Increase your understanding of the 3 key relationships of self, others and those served and their role in expanding your capacity for developing and deepening trustworthy relationships that lead to improved collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Increase your capacity for leading a wholehearted life.
  • Reconnect you with your purpose and what has deepest meaning for you in your work and life.
  • Develop new approaches to listening and asking questions so that you can be more present with yourself, colleagues, and family.
  • Develop practices that help you slow down and quiet the noise of the world to support deeper inner listening to restore your capacity for dealing with challenging situations.
  • Replenish and strengthen your resilience and well-being.

Please Note: This itinerary may change slightly to best meet the needs and desires of the session participants.
